Acceptance & Modifications
By accessing TimeFlow™, you agree to these binding terms. We may revise with 30 days notice via email. Continued use after revision constitutes acceptance. Disputes governed by Delaware law, exclusive jurisdiction in federal court.
Subscription & Billing
Plans are month-to-month or annual (discounted). Fees due net-30; late payments accrue 1.5% monthly interest. Refunds for cancellation within 14 days minus setup costs. Downgrades take effect next billing cycle. We reserve the right to suspend accounts over 60 days delinquent.
Acceptable Use & Restrictions
You may not: reverse engineer TimeFlow™, scrape data, use for competitive advantage, or violate export controls (EAR, OFAC). Automated bots require written approval. We monitor for abusive patterns (e.g., API rate limit circumvention).
- No sharing login credentials across entities
- No uploading malicious code or excessive personal data
- No circumventing IP restrictions
Intellectual Property & Feedback
We retain all IP rights to TimeFlow™. Your data remains yours; we get a license to process for service delivery. Feedback provided to us may be used without compensation. Users must not remove copyright notices.
Liability Limitations
Our liability is limited to fees paid in prior 12 months. We disclaim implied warranties (merchantability, fitness). No liability for consequential damages, including lost profits or data corruption. Indemnification: you defend us against claims arising from your misuse.
